to the current (as of 2004) Alabama regulatory requirements regarding disposal of
this type of equipment and presents a variety of appropriate disposal
approaches.

changes in lighting, HVAC and building envelope that can be made to reduce
electrical usage and demand charges and also suggests water use and
recycling approaches that can reduce school operating costs.
