WRATT has assisted several states and
foreign countries in establishing retiree technical assistance programs
based on the "WRATT Model" as follows:
- Conducted workshops and/or training sessions for the states of Iowa (1991), New Hampshire (1992), and Vermont (1993).
- Over the period 1994-2001, WRATT operated a retiree technical assistance program (RETAP) for the state of Michigan.
